HIIT

or High Intensity Interval Training is a form of training that mainly trains the cardiovascular system. HIIT training is based on short-term high-intensity interval exercises (exercise intervals), alternating with brief pauses of active recovery or complete rest. The aim of high intensity training is to repeatedly train the physiological system (the cardiovascular system), which is also used in specific endurance efforts. Gentle cardio training is thought to lose weight because you burn a lot of fat during low-intensity exercise. HIIT is exactly the opposite. It is an efficient workout if you want to burn fat, compared to long-duration endurance training. HIIT training 1-2 times a week can take your fitness to a whole new level… in less time.
